A Lifetime Through the Lens

I have carried a camera for most of my life.

Photography has taken me through studios and darkrooms, film and slides, changing technologies and changing times. The equipment has evolved, but the purpose has remained the same: to notice what others may pass by and preserve what cannot be repeated.

A look. A gesture. A line of light. A meeting of colour and shadow.

Every photograph begins with attention. The privilege is being there when an ordinary moment becomes something lasting.
